Scott Piercy is a renowned Victoria based realtor and real estate Advisor with over 16 years of experience in the industry. Born and raised in Victoria, B.C. on Vancouver Island. Scott developed an early interest in real estate after watching his father develop land and properties in Victoria. He went on to study business and real estate at the University of British Columbia Sauder School of Business.
After graduation, Scott started his career in real estate as a sales agent for a local brokerage firm. His natural talent for sales and his dedication to his clients quickly earned him a reputation as one of the most promising agents in the business. Within a few years, Scott was able to start his own brokerage firm as a Licensed Partner with Engel & Volkers Vancouver Island, Engel & Volkers Calgary with business partner James LeBlanc, which he grew into one of the most successful and respected firms in the City. Scott has now also endeavored on opening a new Engel & Völkers shop in Palm Springs/Palm Desert.
Over the course of his career, Scott has been involved in some of the most high-profile residential real estate deals in BC. Including the two highest priced private home sales on Vancouver Island and private Island off of Vancouver Island. He has represented clients ranging from first-time homebuyers to billionaire clientele and corporations, and has been recognized for his exceptional negotiating skills and his ability to close even the most complex transactions. Scott has consistently finished with Gold MLS awards for being in the top 10% of sales volume on Vancouver Island for the last 15 years.
Scotts success has been built on a foundation of hard work, integrity, and a commitment to providing the highest level of service to his clients. He has always been a strong advocate for his clients’ interests, and has built long-term relationships with many of them that have lasted for decades.
Outside of his work in real estate, Scott has been active in his community, serving on the boards of several local organizations and charities. He has also been a guest speaker at industry events and has written on real estate topics for various publications.
